It can feel overwhelming trying to navigate our day to day lives while also dealing with stress and trauma. Therapy can provide a safe and supportive space to work through whatever difficulties and challenges we find present in our lives. I utilize both a psychodynamic and Internal Family Systems approach to help shed light on why we stay stuck in these unhealthy patterns.
