Theresa M. Donsbach, LCSW-S

Therapist Theresa Donsbach
Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse Survivors, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

Walking along side of someone's healing journey is the most impactful work I have ever experienced. I started over 25 years ago, and continue to want to see personal growth and healing for each client. My first 15 years was working with trauma youth and adults, and their families, and I continue to specialize in this area. My spouse was a Marine, and most of my family were in Law Enforcement, so I have working knowledge of the lifestyle differences to work with First Responders. Living and running a ranch, I also have utilized a therapy dog and equine to promote healing. I utilize CBT, TF-CBT, Play Therapy and EMDR modalities. I applaud your willingness to invest in your own healing, and promoting a future that overcomes emotional obstacles to be your best you.
