Changing our inner narrative and beliefs about ourselves from critical to compassionate - changes everything: depression, anxiety, how we relate to trauma triggering, relationships, body image, career intentions - everything. Through Eye Motion Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help guide individuals in reducing the distress associated with adverse memories connected to these inner narrative and core beliefs.
