NOT currently accepting new clients. THE PATTON PRACTICE Theresa Patton, CRC, LCPC, LPC, LCAC, LCAS, LISAC, LCDC, MAC, CCS The Practice is dedicated to Mental Health Psychotherapy, Addiction, and Rehabilitation Counseling. We cater to clients seeking both short-term and long-term disability claims services. Our goal is to help you regain your healthy functioning. Are you seeking support through a life transition? Have you suffered a recent injury or require emotional support? Are you looking to re-enter the workforce or acquire new job skills? I am here to assist you. With expertise in clinical counseling and rehabilitation, I offer guidance to help you identify, develop, and achieve your objectives. THE WORK WE WILL DO TOGETHER: I will challenge you while supporting the changes and goals you set for yourself. As your advocate and greatest supporter, I will assist in the healing of your body and mind. My approach is professional yet warm and personal. Your needs will be recognized and addressed with respect and professionalism. I will leverage available resources to support your transition, be it returning to work or reconnecting with family. Together, we will address your personal, physical, and social challenges or disabilities. Following each visit, I will persist in connecting the dots to help you gain insight and clarity. THE CLIENTS SERVED: The Patton Practice is committed to serving individuals of all ages, genders, and sexual orientations. We welcome LGBTQIA clients and those with emotional or physical disabilities, including those dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. Our goal is to help you face your challenges, offer evaluations, and devise treatment and development plans, which may include strategies for returning to work. THE PROCESS: Your appointment represents "your time," whether it's for a quick consultation to address an immediate concern or a full clinical session. I will seek your feedback to confirm that we are in agreement. All methods and practices I utilize during our sessions are evidence-based, backed by robust research and proven results. THE FINANCIAL POLICIES: As a private practitioner, my focus is on your unique treatment needs for continuous care. I am in-network with a variety of payment sources to ensure flexibility, support my clients, and uphold clinical standards. If you are out-of-network, invoicing statements are automatically generated in your client portal and promptly submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement, according to the stipulations of your member policy. THERAPY FEES: Sessions are automatically billed in full to the credit or debit card on file up to 24 hours before the service time. Cancellations not processed through a secure portal, text, or phone call 24 hours prior to the scheduled session will incur the full session fee charged to the card on file and may jeopardize future appointment scheduling. FREE CONSULTATION: It is essential to ensure a suitable match. While it's not required, I advise new clients to arrange a free 15-minute online consultation prior to the initial assessment. THE CLIENT PORTAL: Active clients can access our HIPAA-compliant communication portal. Telehealth sessions are securely encrypted and adhere to HIPAA standards, ensuring that your session remains safe and confidential. SOME LAST THOUGHTS: Therapy is a journey of commitment that fosters self-awareness. Maintaining an active client status requires a minimum of a weekly appointment. Repeated cancellations could risk your client status, resulting in the deactivation of your portal and appointment privileges. Counseling offers a stabilizing effect that can significantly enhance your well-being. It necessitates a dedicated partnership between the client and the therapist. By selecting THE PATTON PRACTICE, you are investing in your most valuable asset: yourself. I am anticipating your visit.
