We provide clinical support for behavioral healthcare, as well as assistance for both short-term and long-term disabilities. Our goal is to help you regain your healthy functioning. Are you seeking support during a life transition? Have you recently experienced an injury or need emotional support? Are you looking to re-enter the workforce or acquire new job skills? I am here to help. With my expertise in clinical counseling and rehabilitation, I can help you identify, develop, and achieve your goals. THE WORK WE WILL DO TOGETHER: I will challenge you while supporting the changes and goals you set for yourself. As your advocate and greatest supporter, I am committed to helping you heal both your body and mind. My approach is professional, yet warm and personal. I will recognize and address your needs with respect and professionalism. I will leverage available resources to assist you during your transition, whether that involves returning to work or reconnecting with family. Together, we will tackle your personal, physical, and social challenges or disabilities. After each visit, I will continue to connect the dots to help you gain insight and clarity. THE CLIENTS SERVED: The Patton Practice is committed to serving adults, with a special focus on caring for older adults, including those with geriatric needs. We welcome all individuals, regardless of gender or sexual orientation, and fully support LGBTQIA clients as well as those with emotional or physical disabilities, including individuals dealing with substance use and mental health disorders. Our goal is to help you address your challenges by providing comprehensive evaluations and creating personalized treatment and development plans. These plans may include strategies for returning to work. THE PROCESS: Your appointment is valuable time dedicated to you, whether it's for an emergency crisis or a scheduled clinical session. I will ask for your feedback to ensure we are on the same page. During our sessions, I will use evidence-based best practices backed by substantial research and proven results. THE FINANCIAL POLICIES: As a private practitioner, I prioritize your treatment needs to provide continuous care. I am in-network with BCBSIL and ANTHEM, providing flexible payment options to support my clients while upholding high clinical standards. If you are out of network, invoicing statements will be automatically generated in your client portal and submitted promptly to your insurance company for reimbursement, per the terms of your policy. THERAPY FEES: Client sessions will be billed in full to the credit or debit card on file up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. To avoid being charged the full session fee, cancellations must be submitted through a secure portal, via text, or by phone at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so may affect your ability to schedule future appointments. If the card on file is declined for any reason, the client will receive an invoice for the whole session amount, which is due immediately. Please note that the current appointment may be canceled until payment is made. For both current and inactive clients, no additional appointments will be scheduled until any outstanding balances are settled. THE CLIENT PORTAL: Active clients can utilize our HIPAA-compliant communication portal. Telehealth sessions are securely encrypted and comply with HIPAA standards, ensuring that your session remains safe and confidential. SOME LAST THOUGHTS: Therapy is a journey of commitment that fosters self-awareness and growth. To maintain an active client status, you must have a minimum of one appointment each week, unless you have made alternative arrangements with your clinician in advance. If you do not schedule or attend an appointment for three consecutive weeks, you will be discharged and placed in inactive status, which will prevent you from scheduling future appointments. Furthermore, if you have two cancellations in a single month, your active client status may be jeopardized, and you could be discharged. This may result in the deactivation of your portal and the loss of further appointment privileges. Counseling can have a stabilizing effect and significantly enhance your overall well-being. It requires a committed partnership between you and your therapist. By choosing THE PATTON PRACTICE, you are investing in your most valuable asset: yourself. I look forward to your visit.
