Introduction

It has been a pleasure to serve my Upstate New York Community for two decades. I am from Illinois by way of California, Texas, and Tennessee and have made Upstate New York my home where I have raised three beautiful kids with my husband, John, of 28 years. I love the snow. I love the trees. I love the fall. I love the apples. This is a wonderful place to live. I have worked with a wide variety of folks with personal and interpersonal issues. I work diligently to understand what your story is and where you desire to grow and heal. This is just the very best job where I get to interact in some of the hardest places where people strive to become their very best. While it is truly hard work, it is work worth doing. It can be a daunting task to reach out to a therapist. In point of fact, you are reaching out to a stranger. We know that. I know that. I strive to be honest, kind, and direct. I can't work with everyone; I'd like to work with you.
