I work with people experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems, and a variety of other issues. My clients learn new coping skills that help them feel more confident and prepared to take on the difficult parts of life. It’s hard to eliminate all stress and problems. However, you can get to a place where there are many more good days than bad.
