Introduction

What makes my approach different is the "Whole Healing Model", which goes beyond traditional therapy by addressing the many layers of mental health. I use an integrative approach, drawing from extensive training in various evidence-based practices to create a customized plan that fits your unique needs. Mental health is complex, and healing requires looking at the full picture—biological, psychological, social, environmental, and spiritual factors all play a role. By taking this whole-person approach, we can uncover the true root causes of your suffering and create a path toward lasting healing. A key part of my work is improving brain health and helping you understand how to build and maintain a healthy brain. Brain health is the foundation of mental well-being, and when the brain is functioning at its best, psychotherapy becomes more effective. Together, we’ll explore ways to support your brain, from lifestyle changes to emotional regulation strategies. If I believe biological factors are contributing to your symptoms, I may refer you to other professionals who can help address those concerns, ensuring you get the most comprehensive care possible. I will also empower you beyond therapy sessions. My goal is to help you become more self-sufficient in managing your mental health so you don’t have to rely on therapy forever. I provide you with practical tools and skills that you can use in everyday life, giving you the confidence and ability to navigate challenges on your own. You are far more capable than you may realize, and I’m here to help you build that trust in yourself.
