Introduction

First, I want to congratulate you for taking the first step in taking authority over your healing and wholeness journey. The stressors of life is a lot to manage alone at times. It takes a lot of strength to recognize and seek help to not just survive in this thing called life, but to also thrive. As a clinician, I help navigate clients through past and present experiences and assist in crafting a better future by working collectively with individuals (adolescents and adults), couples, and families. I provide my clients with practical coping skills to manage the challenges of life and unlearn unhealthy defense mechanisms. I develop treatment plans that cater to the demands of each client. My areas of expertise are: depression, anxiety, relational conflicts, parenting, cultural/racial issues, trauma and veteran/military and sports mental health. I assist by building resiliency, effective transitioning, confidence, process cultural issues, and refine identity & worth. As a practicing clinician for 10 years, I understand how significant it is to have a safe, trusting space to cry, laugh, share, yell, honesty and show up without masking who you are while being empowered. This is the space I promise you if I have the opportunity to come along-side of you during this season of your life journey.
