Introduction

I help clients find the power to embrace authenticity through positive change and acceptance. I specialize in the treatment of trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. We'll work together in solution focused therapy or I will simply provide a space for you to talk. Whatever your needs, I'm here to listen. I welcome clients from all walks of life and embrace all relationship types for individual and couples counseling. I'm very excited to announce the start of a new group! The Yes We're Anxious Women's Anxiety Group will begin accepting members in June! This in-person group experience offers a space to comfortably get uncomfortable! Come and join other ladies whose struggle with anxiety often impacts their lives, careers, and relationships. You will engage in new coping strategies and learn the most up-to-date approaches used in therapy, all within a community of support. Join us!
