As a trauma therapist who specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I understand the profound impact that traumatic experiences can have on individuals and their relationships. By utilizing EMDR, I am able to help clients process and integrate traumatic memories in a safe and effective manner. Additionally as a couples therapist who uses attachment-based therapy, my focus is on helping couples develop and maintain healthy and fulfilling relationships. I work collaboratively with couples to help them build more secure attachment bonds. One of the key principles of my approach to therapy is the idea of bringing people back to themselves. I believe that many of the difficulties we face in life stem from a disconnection from our own inner selves. I help clients to reconnect with their emotions, their intuition, and their values, so that they can live a more authentic and fulfilling life.
