Hello, I’m Tiffany Thomas I wholeheartedly believe in the mind, body, and spirit connection; when our mind is out of order, it affects our body as well as our inner self. My goal is to help you regain balance and self-awareness when you find yourself wavering through life due to challenges big or small. I specialize in working with children and adolescents but have experience working with individuals of all ages. I will use Cognitive Behavioral therapy along with a variety of other evidence-based practices to help you meet your individual mental health needs. I will help you to see how our thoughts can affect our beliefs, expectations, attitudes, behaviors, and life performance. I will also provide a safe space for you to process emotions triggered by past trauma and/ or a variety of other life stressors. I am here to be an advocate for you while helping you to find peace again within your mind, body, and soul.
