My journey into therapy began over 25 years ago, when I first discovered the power of creative expression and personal growth through my work as a professional actor and roleplaying gamer. This path ultimately led me to become a licensed clinical professional counselor, deeply committed to helping others find healing, meaning, and connection. At Blue Hill Integrative Counseling, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, shame, and relationship difficulties. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach, blending therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic techniques to offer a holistic approach to healing.
