Introduction

Hello, and welcome! I’m Tim Peper, the founder of Blue Hill Integrative Counseling. My journey into therapy began over 25 years ago, when I first discovered the power of creative expression and personal growth through my work as a professional actor and roleplaying gamer. This path ultimately led me to become a licensed clinical professional counselor, deeply committed to helping others find healing, meaning, and connection. At Blue Hill Integrative Counseling, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, anger, shame, and relationship difficulties. I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach, blending therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and somatic techniques to offer a holistic approach to healing. Whether you’re navigating emotional struggles, dealing with past trauma, or seeking healthier relationships, my goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and create lasting, meaningful change. Through our work together, you’ll develop better emotional regulation, self-compassion, and the skills to move forward with confidence and purpose. I believe in the power of every individual to grow, heal, and transform, and I’m here to support you on that journey.
