Introduction

From a culturally sensitive lens, I work collaboratively with all my clients to build an authentic relationship. I believe that we get hurt in relationships but also heal in relationships. I help my client understand how their past relationships have impacted them and contribute to their suffering. My goal is to help clients build better relationships with themselves and others. Working in community mental health for years I have gained a wide range of experience working with a diverse population and issues. However, my area of expertise are trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, family and relationships, life and career transitions, and identity. EMDR and IFS are a few of the trauma informed treatments that I utilize to address PTSD and trauma.
