Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Illinois and Iowa with over 14 years of experience in substance abuse treatment, psychiatric social work, and outpatient and school-based psychotherapy. Inspired by an exceptional professor during my first psychology course, I discovered my passion for counseling and have been dedicated to helping others ever since. I offer exceptional care to individuals aged 13 and older, as well as to couples, families, and groups. My approach focuses on normalizing emotions and feelings that we often believe are unique to us, helping to remove the stigma surrounding mental health. Utilizing Insight-Oriented therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and elements of Existential Therapy, I champion a holistic, person-centered approach. New clients are welcome to experience my compassionate and comprehensive care.
