Introduction

If you've been preoccupied by troubling emotions, thoughts, reactions or behaviors you realize aren't serving you, you're not alone. And I can help. Preoccupation is any distraction that takes us out of the present moment. While no other life form experiences this, people are riddled with preoccupation because of the way our minds read and process information about the past, present and future. The most common forms of preoccupation are anxiety, worry, guilt, regret, shame, resentment, grief, depression, heartbreak, perfectionism, panic, self-worth, chronic pain, self-consciousness, jealousy, urges and cravings. Most people are also preoccupied by events from the past that were distressing, confusing or traumatic. These experiences can slam into our awareness and leave impressions that continue to affect us long after the events themselves have ended. Preoccupation zaps our energy, decreases joy, interferes with the healing process and often results in depression. In fact, eliminating preoccupation and/or trauma can lift depression naturally. Rapid Resolution Therapy® is a unique style of therapy that can resolve P.T.S.D., and decrease or eliminate preoccupation, generally in one to three sessions. I've been training with Dr. Jon Connelly, RRT's founder, since 2013 and have been utilizing it ever since. RRT can resolve many issues more completely, effectively and efficiently than traditional talk therapy, with little effort on your part. With RRT, I utilize innovative concepts, specialized tools and multilevel communication that engage all facets of mind, including the deeper part of the mind where troublesome automatic responses lie. Emotional pain is eliminated at the root of suffering. Blocked energy is released and rerouted to fuel creativity, humor, spontaneity, passion and power. People often report feeling a clarity of mind and are surprised at how quickly the transformation has happened. To see how RRT can set YOU free, call me now at (954) 801-7407 for a free telephone consultation.
