Introduction

I am a holistically oriented sex and relationship therapist. I believe an imbalance in one area of our lives, whether physical, mental, emotional, sexual or spiritual, influences and ripples through all other areas of our life and family system. I enjoy working with people to regain emotional equilibrium. I have a prior career as a Registered Nurse, and have been in private practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 2013. I have extensive training in Medical Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy and am an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist. My style is collaborative, warm and friendly. I see myself as a guide helping you discover your own path forward. Due to my background in Nursing, I view issues from a broader lens and am comfortable collaborating with other healthcare providers. Some of my favorite areas of focus are: exploring personal sexuality development across the lifespan, sexuality and relationshps, medical sex therapy, and spirituality. In therapy with me, clients have a place to bring life's most personal experiences, wonderings, doubts and fears. In a judgment free space, your most private concerns are attended to with compassionate care.
