Introduction

Seeing a need for increased services to our youth and families, Aspire Counseling & Wellness was created to provide quality care to members of our community. Everyone has the potential to live out the best version of themselves. Yes, you! Sometimes it just takes some outside support. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Nationally Board Certified Counselor, and Certified School Counselor, I can be that support to you. I also work with adults who have experienced trauma and are looking for EMDR therapy specifically.
