*I am also available in-person at our Saratoga Springs, NY location. Whatever circumstances you are facing, please know you are not alone. I am a non-traditional, integrative therapist with a therapeutic interest in supporting clients with relational trauma recovery. My work with clients focuses on evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and somatic practices (breath work, mindfulness, yoga) to support your overall wellness. If appropriate we will include complementary and alternative methods. Building a strong, trusting relationship with my clients is very important to me. I strive to create an authentic, non-judgmental, and compassionate space where you can feel safe being yourself. I am dedicated to helping you reconnect with what truly matters in your life and to keeping you moving forward despite any challenges. Our work will focus on making positive changes by building on your existing strengths. I specialize in supporting clients with issues such as self-care, overcoming self-criticism, life transitions, stress and burnout recovery, interpersonal trauma, trust, relationship repair (including romantic relationships, family, and siblings), overcoming codependency, anxiety, and mild to moderate depression. If any of these areas resonate with you, I encourage you to reach out. Outside of my work at Mind Body & Soul, I teach psychology, enjoy yoga, quiet contemplation, reading, taking long walks with my two little dogs, savoring a warm cup of coffee, and cherish time spent with friends and family.
