As a licensed therapist and having worked in this field for over 25 years, I have extensive experience in treating depression, anxiety and self-esteem issues, relationship/marital/parenting difficulties, stress-related concerns, as well as addiction. My therapeutic approach is developed based upon your perception of the problem and the feelings you are experiencing. Sometimes just gaining a different perspective can help you learn how to manage an issue in a more effective way. My objective is to assist you with breaking through barriers, while working at your pace, so your personal goals can be achieved. Your improved emotional health can be a part of a stronger, healthier you.
