Introduction

I am a queer and neurodivergent affirming clinician, with experience in assisting clients as they navigate grief/loss, anxiety, depression, death and dying, cPTSD, ADHD, significant life transitions, and role changes. My therapeutic style could be described as curious and collaborative, joining my clients on their quest of self discovery, growth and fulfillment. As a clinician, my role is one of assisting you in identifying and connecting the dots of your story, to help you better navigate life's uncertainties and transitions through strengthening self awareness and compassion. I strive to assist people from all backgrounds in understanding and embracing their inherent power so that they feel confident and supported in their journeys for self-exploration, growth, and adaptation to all that life throws our way. I believe that the therapeutic process is different for each individual, and that creating a safe and supportive space for others to be free to explore their vulnerabilities and self-awareness is vital. I am not currently in-network with any insurances, but I am happy to provide any of my clients with a superbill to help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions regarding payment/fees, as I understand the importance of accessibility and affordability when it comes to healthcare.
