I am a counselor, dance/movement therapist, and mom of 5 whose mission is to support moms and couples in their daily struggle. Life is hard, having and raising kids is hard, and often we feel lost, alone, and like there is no way out of the struggle. I am here to tell you, you are not alone and there is always a way out.
