I am a couples therapist. I help couples with difficult conversations. As a Certified Couples and Sex Therapist, I have the training and caring to guide couples toward connection during conflicts and back to passion in their sex life. I am a fully trained EMDR therapist. I help individuals process negative experiences from the past that are "stuck" in their heads and continue to cause havoc in the here and now. EMDR frees you to become the person you prefer to be.
