Introduction

Rooted in Humanistic theory, I provide whole-person, client-centered therapy. Integrative skills and techniques from a collective of evidenced-based modalities as well as client-collaboration and insight. I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, and unresolved trauma. Non-judgmental, inclusive, compassionate, and direct, this counseling will deepen your sense of self and broaden your perspectives. Find community, connection, and the potential for accelerated healing with affordable Group Therapy. I also offer individuals, couples, and weekend intensive therapy retreats. Group Information Therapy groups are cost-effective and a great way to find connection and community. Learn new skills and gain self-awareness with deeper insights. Group therapy can be equally or more beneficial than individual therapy, help accelerate progress, and create lasting results from the therapeutic process. In-person, 90-minute, trauma-informed groups in Broomfield. Groups are psycho-ed & process and incorporate skills, topics, and techniques from various therapeutic modalities. Pre-registration is required for all 10 to 12 week group series with start dates in March, June, September, and December. Introductory summer rate: $25/group through Aug 2025. Regulare rates range between $35-$50/group. Package rates are available. An individual intake session is required for new clients. Summer Group Schedule: June-Aug 2025 - Open enrollment through July 15, 2025 Recovery Group: Mondays 6:30pm-8pm. For anyone in or looking for recovery from substance use, past trauma, relationships, unhelpful patterns, etc. Maybe you are sober-curious or have long-term recovery and are wanting to get back to basics. Everyone is recovering from something. You are welcome here. Men’s Therapy Group: Tuesdays 12:30pm-2pm. For men looking to explore therapy concepts, heal past hurts, connect, share, and learn skills for self-awareness, self-compassion, communication, relationship dynamics, and improved mental and emotional health. Get the EQ and connection that you are searching for. DBT Group: Wednesdays 5:30pm-7pm. Skills, skills, skills. We will explore all things DBT - Group topics and techniques center around Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and apply to your specific challenges. For anyone looking to find more consistent emotional regulation, mindfulness for inner peace, deeper and more authentic connection in inner-personal relationships, and useful skills for handling significant stress responses. We can all use a little DBT in our lives. Relief is here. Women’s Therapy Group: Thursdays 12:30pm-2pm. For women looking to get to the heart of the matter with focused topics, a safe space, and support. Connect, share, and explore therapy concepts that apply to your life experiences. Learn skills for empowerment and self-love through connection with others, self-awareness, self-compassion, assertive communication, and an overall improved mental and emotional state of health and wellness. Your community of women is here. Mind/Body Therapy Group: Fridays 10am-11:30am. *Waitlisted* Connecting the mind, emotions, and body with movement, breath, and awareness. Groups are small and include gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breath work, combined with therapy concepts and topics that connect the mind and body. For anyone wanting to create space, take a beat, and find a practice of self-care practice to reduce the score the body has kept. Bring your yoga mat, a journal, some water, and wear comfortable clothes. This group will meet you where you’re at. For any body. This group calls you home to you. Therapists Unite - Yoga Reflect & Connect Group: Fridays 12:30pm-2pm. *Waitlisted* Calling all therapists! A small and personal group for the professional supporters, mental-health-care workers, and safe-space-holders. How are you taking care of YOU? Bring your yoga mat for a full 45-minute sweet and gentle guided yoga practice,15-minutes for an introspective, relaxing, guided-meditation, and another 30-minutes to reflect and connect with other therapists. This group is offered free-of-charge for therapists and other mental healthcare practitioners. We are all in this together. You deserve a space to be held just for you. Take the time for your mind and body. Groups Coming Fall 2025 Couples Groups: Day/Time TBD. A 90-minute, in-person, weekly group for couples to learn, share, connect, and process relationship dynamics. Learn skills and techniques for healthy communication, conflict resolution, forgiveness, collaboration, unity, and emotional regulation. Intensive Weekend Therapy Retreats: Day/Time TBD.
