As a therapist, I will give you the tools to self-identify your strengths and challenges. I’ll support you through life’s many stages. Your voice and input are important, heard, and instrumental in your self-guided journey. I’m always learning additional methods in order to tailor sessions to create the best fit for you, the client. My name is Dr. Topaz Good and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Psychological Assistant with experience partnering with people from many cultures and populations. These populations include adolescents through adults. I am knowledgeable of various therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Mindfulness, Life Coaching, Talk Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
