Introduction

It is okay not to be okay but if you are looking for someone to support you during this time in your life, I am here to help. Hey my name is Tori, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor or in short, a therapist, in both Alabama and Louisiana. I am passionate about working with adolescent and adult clients struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, experienced trauma, addiction, low self-esteem, and/or stress among other areas. I take a team approach to counseling with you, the expert in your life, and I, the professional to guide you on your journey. I meet you were you are and use evidence-based practices, specific to your needs while providing you with compassion and respect. I facilitate group and individual therapy sessions in person as well as through a HIPPA compliant telehealth platform for your convenience. I would be honored to walk with you on your journey towards health and wellness.
