I am an experienced therapist with dual licenses in professional counseling and clinical mental health counseling in Missouri and North Carolina. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor. I have been working in the field of mental health for over 20 years as not only a clinician, but also an educator for counseling and psychology coursework. I am adept at teletherapy, and I have extensive online and in-person work. I believe that counseling is collaborative, and I follow the motto, "follow, don't lead". My specialties include bariatric assessment, career transitions and counseling, anxiety/depression, relationship concerns, counseling for Veterans and women’s issues.
