I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with children and adults ages 10 and up. My goal is to work with individuals and families using their strengths to increase their confidence and assist them in their movement towards change. The therapeutic relationship will allow a safe place to create instillation of hope and ultimately reach their individualized treatment goals. My goal is to help individuals work to increase and utilize healthy coping skills to maneuver obstacles they face surrounding their individualized concerns that bring them to therapy. Together we can work together on a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, unresolved emotional concerns, self-esteem, self empowerment, grief and loss, relationship, family concerns, behavioral challenges, adjustment challenges, addressing previous trauma and other mental health concerns.
