I believe that people do the best they can. At times, life is overwhelming. Relationships are challenging. Situations are hard. We are not always responsible for or in control of everything that happens to us. We all have signature strengths to help us get through challenges but many times we are not aware of these strengths or we are unable to access them. I provide a safe space with humor, compassion, and understanding. There’s no room for judgment or unrealistic expectations. I am easy to talk to and dedicated to your well-being. My goal is to meet you where you are and help discover maladaptive patterns or perceptions that get in the way. My approach draws upon interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy, strengths assessment, and mindfulness. Therapy is collaborative.
