Introduction

Welcome, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here! I believe the counseling process is a collaborative and supportive journey of exploration we take together. I am passionate about supporting individuals who are experiencing anxiety and stress, perfectionism and people-pleasing, low self-compassion, relationship and family issues, trauma and emotional pain, life transitions and periods of growth, caregivers, and older adults. I bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity as a foundation for a judgment-free, culturally aware space where you can express yourself openly. We’ll work at your pace, holistically exploring aspects of your life that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or unfulfilling. My approach is rooted in the idea that your stories matter, and that we have many parts of ourselves deserving the chance to be heard and feel compassion. I utilize theories such as Narrative, Parts-Work (Internal Family Systems informed), and Psychodynamic, however, I lean into the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and I prioritize providing care that is meaningful and effective for you. I hold a deep understanding of both the beauty and grief that accompany life, and the ways in which our life transitions impact our mental health. I have found great passion and joy in working with individuals of all ages and circumstances, and I truly look forward to walking alongside you in your therapeutic process.
