Welcome, I’m so glad you’ve found your way here! I believe the counseling process is a collaborative and supportive journey of exploration we take together. I bring warmth, curiosity, and creativity as a foundation. You can expect a judgment-free, culturally aware space where you can express yourself openly. We’ll work at your pace, holistically exploring aspects of your life that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or unfulfilling. Whether you’re processing past experiences, navigating present challenges, or preparing for future opportunities, we'll work together to move you toward greater wellness and wholeness. My approach is rooted in the idea that your stories matter, and that we have many parts of ourselves deserving the chance to be heard and feel compassion. I utilize theories such as Narrative, Parts-Work (Internal Family Systems informed), and Psychodynamic, however, I lean into the belief that you are the expert in your own life, and I prioritize providing care that is meaningful and effective for you. I am informed by my previous career, in which I primarily supported older adults, their families, and their various support systems for over 20 years. I bring with me a deep understanding of both the beauty and grief that accompany life, and the ways in which our life transitions impact our mental health. I have found great passion and joy in working with individuals of all ages and circumstances, and I truly look forward to walking alongside you in your therapeutic process.
