Hi, I’m Tracy — a therapist who believes in the healing power of being truly seen and heard. My approach is grounded, collaborative, and deeply compassionate. I work with adults of all ages who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the quiet (or loud) inner voices that shape how we see ourselves. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado Denver and bring over 20 years of experience supporting the holistic wellbeing of individuals across community living, outpatient, and in-home care settings. This diverse background has deepened my appreciation for each person’s unique story and the many ways we seek connection, healing, and meaning. I’m not here to "fix" you — because you’re not broken. I’m here to walk alongside you as you untangle old patterns, make sense of your story, reconnect with your strengths and inner wisdom. You can expect us to create space for laughter, reflection, growth, and the kind of change that feels true to you. Therapy with me is a mix of gentle exploration, meaningful insight, and moments of lightness — because healing can be hard, but it doesn’t have to be heavy all the time.
