My role is to reflect to you how you feel and get you to the other side of life's messes. Do you ask yourself why you no longer enjoy things, why you doubt yourself, why you can't sleep, or why you have mood swings? Getting your peace of mind, your self confidence and your voice back is important. Life is HARD and you may feel that you are probably dealing with things that NO ONE could possibly understand. I provide a safe space to talk about ANYTHING.
