Introduction

As a NJ licensed clinical social worker with over 15 years experience in the mental health field I value assisting others in prioritizing emotional well-being. My experience includes working with individuals and families as well as group facilitation. I believe counseling is a brave choice, a journey in examining your unique world. A step towards a better understanding of obstacles and being open to a new lens to see that which is not yet clear. I work collaboratively to identify layers of concerns, enhance coping, and uncover core strengths. Together developing a framework to create meaningful goals and build confidence in the path forward. Utilizing an eclectic approach and starting where you are, allows for a safe space for this process to bring about helpful change.
