Introduction

At Touching Hearts BHS we believe in developing a collaborative relationship, with a holistic approach in helping clients overcome their life challenges in a safe and warm environment. Ultimately, our goal is to treat each patient with compassion and the care they deserve. Dr. Palmer founded Touching Hearts Behavioral Health Services, PLLC out of her passion to integrate sound clinical mental health care with a faith-based foundation. Touching Hearts BHS specializations include: anxiety, trauma, adjustment, grief, depression, and other mood disorders. We work with youth and young adults transitioning into adulthood who are experiencing difficulty coping with life transitions. In addition, Dr. Palmer has expertise in complex trauma and trauma-focused interventions.
