Introduction

I offer a compassionate, integrative, and person-centered approach to therapy. My trauma-informed practice combines a range of modalities—including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness techniques—to create a tailored treatment plan that meets you where you are. I also utilize an Attachment-based approach and The Gottman Method for Couples Therapy. Supporting clients through difficult life transitions is something I am particularly passionate about. One area of special interest for me is helping women navigate the peri-menopause and menopause transitions. These phases can bring about profound physical and emotional changes, yet they have traditionally been misunderstood, ignored, or simply dismissed. I am committed to offering support and effective strategies during these times. I provide a safe and empathetic space for individuals, couples, and groups of all ages and backgrounds. Whether you prefer in-person sessions in Long Beach or virtual sessions anywhere in California, I am here to support your journey toward healing and growth. Feel free to call me for a free 15-minute consultation [(562) 784-5281] to explore how we can work together to address your needs and goals. Let’s take this important step toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
