Welcome to Tracy Slack Counseling! My expertise lies in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, couples, and groups experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, dysregulation, grief, and trauma. My therapeutic approach encompasses a diverse range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psycho-dynamic techniques. These modalities enable me to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, explore past experiences, establish healthy, prosocial goals, and develop life plans that promote mental well-being. I firmly believe in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment that facilitates clients’ exploration of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approaches are meticulously tailored to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Throughout our sessions, I collaborate with clients to cultivate resilience and develop comprehensive mental health maintenance plans that empower them to pursue their life goals and thrive.
