I became a mental health professional because I saw tremendous pain in people's lives and I wanted to be a part of their healing process. There are many things that I love about my work. Addressing the complexity of thoughts and emotions, healing trauma, and encouraging clients to incorporate self-acceptance are three of them. The core of my therapeutic philosophy is that each individual carries within them what they need for healing. It is my job to help clients to unpack the clutter of life in order for them touch into their own healing. I have spent my entire career learning and deepening various techniques to help you heal.
