My goal is to provide the supportive emotional environment needed to resolve distressing events, form and maintain relationships, and attain personal growth and wellbeing. I provide a secure space to explore, address and alleviate challenges in thoughts, mood and behavior using the therapeutic modality that best fits the individual. Some of the therapy models I use are the Structural Dissociation Model, Ego State Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. I am certified by the EMDR International Association and am trained in the neurobiological legacy of trauma, trauma treatment, childhood developmental disruption, ego state interventions, and grief.
