Introduction

Starting a new career in the second half of life wasn't on my to-do list but here I am, and I am thrilled to be making the change! My first career was in education and my second career was that of a wife/mom/professional volunteer (after which I revisited the first career). In every role I discovered a deep love for working with others who want to be more, understand life more, and are willing to face the hard parts of life to get from where they currently stand to the future they dream of (or, for many, once dreamt of). My goal in this third career is to come alongside my clients and community offering hope for what can be, courage for the road ahead, and help over the blowouts and speed bumps that seek to derail us. I stand with A.A. Milne who wrote, “You are stronger than you seem, Braver than you believe, and smarter than you think you are.” Coming from an eclectic and integrated theoretical perspective allows me the freedom to work with a variety of clients with just as varied needs. I look forward to helping you discover your oh-so-capable self.
