Introduction

Hello! Are you struggling and you are not sure where to turn next? Do you need some encouragement? I would love to help! I enjoy working with adolescents, adults and couples. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, adolescent issues, grief and loss, women's issues and trauma. I am empathetic, understanding, and non-judgemental. I am often told that my approach helps clients feel safe and listened to. I hope to inspire you and help you learn new skills in your life. I am here to help you with your goals. I provide therapy in a client centered way using an eclectic approach to sessions. I incorporate Christian Counseling into sessions for those who desire it. I have been working in the field since 1998 with a wide variety of populations (outpatient, case management, residential care, private practice). I have been fully licensed since 2005. I would love to talk about the next steps with you to start your healing journey
