Introduction

I am a licensed mental health therapist and also a certified alcohol and drug counselor with over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. I believe in meeting clients where they are at in their journey and take a collaborative approach with folks to obtain their desired growth and change. I offer knowledge, passion, empathy, experience, humor, extensive training and a sincere desire for ALL of us to be happy, healthy, and whole. Finding a therapist may feel overwhelming, my hope is that you find someone you "click" with and begin your journey to healing. I would be honored to assist you in this process and to be an accomplice to your positive change.
