I have immediate availability for in person and telehealth sessions. Evening appointments available. Clients scheduling with me are likely experiencing life transition; whether its coping with trauma, grief, burnout, parenthood, women's issues, gender identity, couples conflict, substance use disorder or any other challenge presented by living in the current times. Depression and anxiety may accompany these challenges and developing coping skills to manage them is imperative to your quality of life. I offer an eclectic approach to therapy. I have been formally trained in Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Gottman Method, I believe in using a combination of modalities in order to meet you where you are in the process. Therapy is a collaborative experience between the client and the clinician. I'm here to offer a non-judgmental perspective in a safe environment where you can explore your concerns, frustrations and needs. We will work together to define and meet your personal goals.
