I have been practicing individual and family therapy for 7 years in a variety of treatment settings. I am so excited to partner with you on your journey towards wellness! I consider it a great privilege to work in the mental health industry. I am so honored that you are considering me as a therapist for you or your family. I work primarily with adolescents (ages 12-17) and young adults (ages 18-40) in areas such as Adult and child ADHD Management Anxiety and depression Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Self-confidence and finding your voice Life transitions Relationships Boundaries Meaning making I work with families to improve Family conflict Understanding and empathy Communication Establishment of healthy boundaries I truly believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship. My goal is to build a space of comfort and trust with each client, so our relationship is a safe place for healing. I encourage my clients to bring all of who they are into sessions and recognize that growth requires us to look at ourselves in new ways. We work with our mistakes, rather than against them, and understand that each event in our lives contributes to our story.
