Sometimes distress is a sign that you want and need a change. Navigating our complex feelings about past events, relationship wounds, and present life stressors can take a toll and disrupt life’s joy. We all face struggles at some point, and partnering together ensures you will have a consistent ally. Together we will work to understand and heal the beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve you. With empathy and humor, we will look through your past experiences and present patterns to find tools and strengths to build the changes you desire in all your self and relations to find a deeper sense of purpose and belonging in life. I am an LPC in the beautiful state of Colorado. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I encourage growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you feel heard, validated, and empowered. I'm eager to hear from you.
