Trishana Sheffield has a heart tuned to the unique rhythm of childhood. With a passion for developmentally appropriate mental health care, she uses the magic of play therapy to help children tell their stories, process emotions, and begin their healing journey in a way that feels natural and safe. Trishana’s path to becoming a champion for children started with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, focusing on child psychology, from the University of North Florida. She deepened her expertise with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Jacksonville University, where she also earned a Graduate Certificate in Play Therapy—a vital tool in her mission to nurture emotional growth through play.
