I specialize in supporting individuals dealing with addiction (chronic self-soothing), life transitions, trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASM). Together, we can work toward accepting life on life’s terms, helping you release self-criticism and build a foundation of self-kindness. I offer a strength-based approach, adaptable to your needs—whether that’s directive guidance or deep, reflective listening. My services are client-centered, and I work with adults 21 and older. Sessions are available via Telehealth or in person, and I accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP) and private pay.
