For decades, I have supported people who wish to defy the gravity of their fears. To thrive and be resillient. To heal pain. To fly in ways they didn't think they could. Now, I welcome you. An individual and/or you in a relationship. Perhaps you're seeking support through an especially difficult time, or need help to discover what blocks contentment and success? Why you lost faith in your intuition, and find it hard to trust those you love the most. Let's seek to understand why many of us protest or shut down in anger and fear when we feel disconnected from ourselves and others. Science tells us that humans are hardwired for to feel attachment to other beings. That include our pets! But, some of us haven't been taught how to make sense of our feelings, or how to talk about and relate to them in a way that creates belonging. In a therapeutic relationship, you can safely pracice how to effectively communicate what you need to feel close. Don't let yourself be defined by what pulls you down any longer. I can't promise you it's painfree, but insecurities can turn into confidence and self-acceptance through courage, compassion, self care and mindfulness.
