I'm a licensed clinical psychologist looking to provide positive first experiences with therapy as well as work with those with previous therapy experiences. I believe that every client is the expert of their life and therapy is there to open up new avenues to explore. I plan to meet the client where they are at and work with them to grow the life they need. My clinical interests and areas of expertise include: substance use and abuse, trauma, post-traumatic growth, athletics and sports psychology, CBT, mindfulness, self-care, anxiety and stress. I approach therapy from a collaborative and supportive standpoint with an emphasis on humanistic compassion. I commit to being a supportive ally to BIPOC people. I hope to provide a safe and inviting space where clients can identify a new perspective that will result in positive change. Please reach out if you'd like to work together on what may be some growth edges in your life.
