Introduction

I offer an experience for clients that is warm, honest, sensitive and authentic. For over 9 years, I’ve worked with people with addiction, domestic violence issues, substance use issues, interpersonal struggles, and childhood trauma as an outpatient counselor, in home therapist, and mentor. Each job has given me the tools to treat and empathize with most every client I meet and the experience to be “real” with you. I won’t ask you the same questions week to week concluding dryly with “and how do you feel about that?” With empathy and curiosity, I value the experiences of all clients, giving them the reigns and tools to feel a sense of autonomy and assertiveness. As I am often humorous and direct, clients have enjoyed the therapeutic relationship built between us through respect and mutual accountability. If this sounds like the right fit for you, call, text, or email to set up a 15 minute consult. You can do this! Just getting through the “door” is the hard part.
