Introduction

I’m a therapist with experience supporting adults navigating complex mental health conditions, trauma histories, and co-occurring substance use disorders. I specialize in residential treatment, where the need for compassionate, grounded, and direct care is high. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Brainspotting (BSP), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic interventions, all rooted in cultural humility and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience. Whether I’m guiding a group through experiential inner child work or supporting a client in crisis, my practice is relational, strengths-based, and centered in radical empathy. I work especially well with clients who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed by shame, and I aim to help them move toward clarity, connection, and healing. I also hold a strong interest in community-based care models and long-term recovery planning that empower clients far beyond discharge. I believe that healing isn’t linear, that laughter belongs in therapy, and that people are doing the best they can with the tools they’ve got. My role is to help build new tools—and sometimes, to remind people of the ones they already have.
